About Our People
At Glen Rock Construction, each member of our team is a seasoned, skilled professional who knows that customer service and quality craftsmanship are the most important aspects of our job. Projects are completed by our own carpenters who take pride in their work.
All work is done under the supervision of owner/operator Glenn Sternitzke. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration, Glenn is a State of New Jersey licensed building inspector, a licensed new home builder, and a licensed home improvement contractor. A master carpenter, Glenn has over 25 years of overall construction experience including training in interior design, real estate valuation, and draftsmanship.
A true family business, Glenn’s wife, Lesley, assists in the office and even the kids are starting to lend a hand.

From architects to engineers we can recommend the best professionals for your job.
